She has worked across both specialty and mass-market retail, managing customer relationships, product development, and overseas manufacturing to deliver high-quality, commercially successful ranges.

With a background in graphic design, sourcing, and manufacturing, Alana brings a rare ability to balance creativity with practicality — ensuring every product is both innovative and production-ready.

Known for her hands-on approach and attention to detail, she works closely with clients and factories alike to ensure each project runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Her focus has always been on delivering exceptional results for clients — building long-term partnerships based on trust, quality, and performance.

With over 30 years’ experience in retail and wholesale management, Kent leads KAE’s commercial strategy, sales, sourcing, and operational delivery.

As the primary point of contact for many clients, Kent builds strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results. His extensive global sourcing experience has established reliable partnerships across a wide range of product categories.

Kent oversees costing, production planning, logistics, and shipping — ensuring every project is commercially viable, efficiently delivered, and aligned with client expectations.

Highly customer-focused and solutions-driven, he works closely with clients and manufacturing partners to drive growth, manage risk, and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
